I have a little setup that I use on family and friends to show them instant results in eye sight change. I printed out a page of plain black and white stripes. Then I posted it on a wall, about 4 feet from a chair. Next to the chair is a bright lamp. Bright lights help your eyes relax. Make sure the lamp is placed such that it doesn't block the view of the stripes, or shine in your eyes while looking at the stripes. Now for the procedure. Study the picture of the stripes for a few seconds. Then sit down in the chair and close your eyes. Look towards the light, and gently massage the tops of your eye balls. Next, gently hold your eyelids down without blocking the light. Think happy soothing thoughts as you let the light in through the lids. Repeat the process several times, never opening your eyes, until they are no longer sore and the light is brighter on the inside of the eyelids. Then, relax and turn towards the stripes. Think about what the stripes look like and then open your eyes. Because stripes are easy to remember, you should be able to see them more clearly than normal for a split second or two. The more you try this, the longer you can hold the clear picture.
If this method doesn't work, try palming instead of using the light. If you love to read, you can use the eye chart instead. http://perfecteyesightnaturally.blogspot.com/2008/06/eye-chart.html
